You get what you're paying for. I really do like the location. At night it's a little scary but just don't be loud and make eye contact with anyone. The room was a lot bigger than i thought so that was nice. Not all the outlets worked and they should provide more towels. I would actually book again. It's a cheap place to sleep if ur staying a couple of days.

Awesome updates and huge balcony!

My room in particular has been remodeled! My room had a comfy bed, Huge flat screen T.V. With many options from Netflix to Shotime on demand! The coolest part was the huge balcony !

Things to appreciate, but wouldn't return

Pros: I appreciate the front desk folks. Kind, humble people. I also appreciate the enormous closet space, as I brought a LOT of clothes!! Had a mini fridge and microwave. Quiet location, in walking distance to a Starbucks. Free parking, and I always had a spot. Cons: Terrible roach problem. More roaches than I've ever seen in my entire life. They were everywhere and got into everything. I'm worried about bringing all my stuff back into my own house. I'm gonna have to shake everything out and check everything. Also, every time I turned on the AC unit, a strong stench of urine poured into the room. I had to alternately spray it down with cologne and just put up with being a little hot. Overall: I feel like the roach problem and the urine smell are fixable. If those were fixed, I would happily return. Good price + parking to be in walking distance to downtown LA.

I was in a ground floor room at the front of the property. I could hear every step of the people above me. I asked about a late checkout but was informed I would have to pay for another night. There were adequate amounts of soap, shampoo, towels etc,etc.For a single traveler looking for a very basic room, it was okay.

This place canceled my hotel room and won’t give me a refund. I extended my stay and the person I spoke to said I could keep my same room number and not have to check in. Thenext day they kicked me out and won’t give me a refund. This hotel operates under unlawful conduct and I’m thinking about filing a law suit against them.
