The facility was clean and well maintained. The staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast needs to be improved on. It seemed very processed and simply wasn’t very good. It took away from all of the other good things about the hotel.

Late check in . Took a while to get someone to come to door. I called earlier to tell them. Still insisted on cc for incidentals when it was 4am and I was leaving at 9 am. No need. Bed was incredibly comfortable! Loved it! An odor to hallways Manager was rude

Everything is great EXCEPT the breakfast. Was premade egg circles with flat sausage maybe, biscuits with assuming sausage gravy. 3 types of cereals no fruit. Bread or bagels, juices, coffee. Add states full breakfast. Stayed her due to that. Not a full breakfast at all. Room was great!

Disappointing
Disappointing! Hotel.com reviews had this hotel highly rated and I’m not sure why. The hotel is marginal at best. Seems like costs factored into everything; walked into a hot room, AC was off. Coffee & and juice were very watered down. There was no bottle water to purchase at front desk (had to get from machine that only accepted cash). Closet had 3 hangers. Breakfast selections were not very appealing. Just disappointed

The two attendants that were on duty were vey rude.The lady told me 4 times no smoking in the room as if I didn’t hear her the first 3 times. Oh and regardless I don’t smoke. The day of checkout my boyfriend went to the lobby around 10:35 she told him rudely do you know checkout is at 11:00 ok we had still 25 minutes left and he definitely knew. The walls in the room were dirty like spats of blood was smeared on the walls. The pillow cases and towels in the bathroom were stained. The tub was dirty I literally had to clean it before I got in it.We were very dissatisfied.

Not a terrible stay, not a great stay. The small things, bad caulk job in the shower collecting mold and mildew. No battery cover on remote and a few lights in the room didn't work. Beds were not the worst I had ever slept on.
