Run away from this place
So many red flags, but I usually am pretty chill and can roll with most things. An empty parking lot, locked/dark lobby, “greeter” that really would prefer you weren’t there. I’m fine with those things. Getting keys out of the drop box for the room, really weird, but maybe that’s how they do it here. But the stench and filth in the room, with human and pet hair (please be pet hair) all over the floor and in between all the blankets(old and worn bare) and the sheets (stained) I had to draw the line. The “greeter” had locked the lobby up, turned off the lights and drove away so I dropped the keys and drove off. (I can’t blame the guy for not wanting to be there either). So far, I’ve been told—no refund. From the hotel and from hotels.com. I’ll let my card company fight it for me. Please, don’t try to stay here. 01/16/2025.
