And the young ladies that checked us in and the one that checked us out needs to work on their customers service skills , did not make you feel welcome at all. Bed was the shining star

We chose this hotel due to it not being too far of a drive from there to the French Quarter. The hotel itself seems a bit run down. The bed in our room was fantastic! Most of the time the beds in hotels give me terrible pack pain…but not this one. Very comfy! Hopefully they renovate the property soon and restore it to the 5 star quality it once was.
