The McDonalds of hostels
Spent 6 nights in this large hostel which lacked character and felt too geared toward profit making. The beds are quite good and have usb ports and a shelf for each bed. Toilet, shower and sink in the room and it was good that they were separated. There are supermarkets and ATMs very close but the main tourist sites are not within walking distance and will be 20-40 mins by metro. The hostel is right opppsite a metro station and is within walking distance of a couple other stations on other lines too. The main issues were that: sometimes the showers ran out of hot water, the front desk and cafe/ bar were sometimes understaffed, there is no kitchen and the menu for eating within the hostel is mainly western rubbish at high prices. The toilets ran out of toilet paper at times too.

Very good 8.0
It was a great location and easy enough to walk to from Gare du Nord. We stayed with our 2 kids in a family room and it suited our needs as a place to come back to at the end of a day/evening sight seeing. It can be quite noisy in the evenings with the noise of other guests however this is a hostel and it’s just what we expected.

Great Location!
I stayed in a 10 bed mixed dorm. It was really nice! Great people, really sociable, but the toilet does get nasty after 3 days so be aware. They put on parties and the rooftop bar is really nice, you can see the sunset and the parties are fun, great way to meet people. Only bad thing is the breakfast, it's a baguette, fruit and cereal for like 7.5€ which is a bit overpriced for what you're getting, you're better off going into the city and having a proper breakfast. Also! There are two train stations really really close, and it's close enough to walk to the Lourve and not get tired.
