Hotel Location a few blocks from malecón near the Harbor. Excellent secure onsite parking. Manager of hotel was kind enough to allow a move to a better room due to a stiff mattress. Very accommodating- no extra charge.

What a disappointment
It was a pity our stay in this hotel. We had stayed a long time ago and never had an issue here. However, this time the staff was not welcoming, incredibly rude and did not understand a sensitive situation regarding my niece, who is a minor.

Desgraciadamente en esta ocasión tuvimos presencia de fauna nociva en la habitación, nos cambiaron de cuarto, pero la señorita muy molesta nos dijo que el siguiente día nos regresamos antes del medio día a nuestro cuarto, yo ya no quise regresar a ese cuarto con el temor de que hubiera más cucarachas y nos cobraron extra por el cuarto que nos dejaron provisionalmente, creo que el hotel de debería tener más atención en esos detalles, no es nuestra culpa que hubiera cucarachas y ellos deberían saber que hacer en estas situaciones y no molestarse y facilitar que el huésped no se sienta incómodo el tiempo de su estancia
