Hotel Location a few blocks from malecón near the Harbor. Excellent secure onsite parking. Manager of hotel was kind enough to allow a move to a better room due to a stiff mattress. Very accommodating- no extra charge.

It was a pity our stay in this hotel. We had stayed a long time ago and never had an issue here. However, this time the staff was not welcoming, incredibly rude and did not understand a sensitive situation regarding my niece, who is a minor.

El hotel en su edificio y mobiliario ha decaído mucho, el servicio también, solo hay servicio a cuartos cuando pueden ya que hay un solo mesero. Las toallas bastante viejas. En fin, no fue tan grata nuestra estancia. Difícilmente volveremos. Hace algunos años ahí estuvimos y fue muy diferente.

La regadera expulsaba agua para todos lados, menos para donde debería, había que andar buscando el chorro de agua para bañarse y pues el baño se inundaba. La ventana estaba muy sucia, me asome y me ensucie las manos y la ropa.

Esta vez hubo muchisimo ruido desde la noche hasta muy temprano por la mañana. Ademas, la recepcionista del turno matutino no tiene muy buen semblante ni actitud de servicio, las pocas veces que me acerque a ella en ningun momento me recibió amablemente ni siquiera con una sonrisa.

Horrible mi experiencia el hotel es viejo se ve décaidas las instalaciones, el aire acondicionado tiene el control pegado en la pared y no le puedes mover más que la temperatura, tuve que dormir con el ventilador a toda potencia y haciendo swing, la caja fuerte se quedó cerrada derrepentecon mi celular secundario y mi cartera con tarjetas y en recepción me dijeron que hasta al otro día a las 8am el restaurante caro y comida sin sabor es un hotel que vale la mitad de lo que pague, solo si está en oferta como 500 o 600 pesos por habitación doble vale la pena, por más de mil pesos hay MUCHO MEJORES OPCIONES
