I don’t think you will find a cleaner and nicer place with large rooms, fast Internet, and an incredible staff that works here. I had a bedroom and a total separate room with a couch and a TV and it was around $30 at night. It’s also in the best part of town. Walkable to everything important. The shower was fantastic also. I was on the top floor and lots of water pressure. The only negative part, and it wasn’t even that bad, was the noise from the club next-door. Once I got my fans going and have the windows closed properly, it was fine.

This hotel had the most comfortable bed and pillows I've experienced during my stay in Thailand. This includes Bangkok. The location is ideal for anyone who wants to experience the beach and walking Street during their visit in Pattaya. It's literally minutes from restaurants, the beach, walking street and shopping center. Note: the hotel is located in the heart of Boystown. Which is the gay man party district of Payttaya. So keep in mind if you're a male who likes to work out you may get looks while exiting or entering the area. However, everything was always respectful. Me and my girlfriend had no problems.

I enjoyed my stay at Copa. The staff was very good and very friendly. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. The AC worked well but it was a bit difficult to actually set a temperature or a fan speed. My only minor complaint was lack of hot water. I was there for 3 days and only had hot water for 1 day. It was not cold and I have come to expect this in Thailand. Overall a very good stay and I plan to return again.

The hotel was well located for the things I wanted to do. A lot of noise early evening, but that is to be expected. The air con unit was very noisy and interfered with my sleep. It needs servicing as it was rattling. The room is a bit old, but otherwise fine and comfortable. The people at front desk are nice and helpful

Good: The hotel location is it's selling point. It's a five minute walk from the beach and 5 to 15 minutes from just about anything a tourist would want to experience in central Payttaya. Neutral: It's also worth mentioning the hotel is in the heart of Boystown which is the centralized location for gay men bars. Bad: the cleaning staff is this hotel's weak point. They were friendly to us until we asked for our room to be cleaned. Housekeeping is not automatic. You must ask for it. Out of the 10 days of our stay, we asked for our room to be cleaned four times and received an attitude from the cleaning lady all four times. The last time, I simply asked for towels because I didn't want to deal with the attitude. Note: We did not have a problem with the AC. However, keep in mind we were in the 300+ square foot room. Which is the smalle rooms offered. The facility offers bigger rooms (500-1,200 sq ft) so I cannot speak to the effectiveness of the AC in the larger rooms.

A quite large room with separated zones for living and sleeping. Someone might not appreciate the noise coming from the bar below. More noise than expected, but it did not bother me. Larger bathroom with both shower and bathtub separated. Excellent water pressure. Comfortable bed, linen and pillows. Slept very well. Small reception area with very friendly staff. The outside of the hotel is a part of Boys Town. Not for everyones liking, but the boys don't bother you of you're not interested and they are respectful. Friendly smiles bringing you friendly smiles back.
