Very nice 3 star hotel. It has an elevator so getting to upper floors when your old is nice. Loved the pool and the location was perfect for my trip. Close to many bars, restaurants and street food vendors. My room towards the back was nice and quiet. Songkran was in full swing so evenings and nights gets pretty loud. 1/2 block to bhat bus to go anywhere. Only drawback is a very hard bed and wet bath, but both are pretty standard in SE Asia.

The room was cleaned everyday and water bottles replaced. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a swimming pool and restaurant onsite and it is close to bars and restaurants, but with the patio door closed it was quite quiet from any noise from the street.
