First time in Paris , it was lovely. Staff is friendly and helpful. Free water and hot drinks near reception. Very clean. Lift goes up to 6th floor then a lil staircase to 7th. AC has issues ventilating whole room, but we opened our window which helped. Hotel was brilliant. Thank you for your help all.

This was my first trip to Paris. Clementine and the rest of the staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout my stay, whilst the room was warm, comfortable, clean and quiet. Breakfast was good with a wide choice at the buffet. Besides being close to tram and metro stations, it is a straightforward twenty-minute walk, if you are a jazz fan like myself, to the famous and historic Le Bal Blomet club. The hotel offers very good value and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.
