Fikk et rom som var fint og med flott utsikt. Det var dessverre alt for varmt, og air condition som fungerte dårlig. Vi sov dårlig dårlig den natten. Vi fikk byttet rom etter første natt. Det var noe kjøligere. Det var ganske kaotiske tilstander under frokosten. Det manglet bestikk, gikk tomt for tallerkener og glass. Påfyll av mat under frokosten gikk noe tregt. Det hadde nok vært behov for flere ansatte under frokostservering, især juli måned.

Rent och fint hotell.

Allt var fint och bra förutom när man duschade så rann en stor del av vattnet ut på golvet, samt att det var ett stort fönster mellan sovrum och toaletten. Lite som en apa i bur. Personalen hade problem att hinna fylla på vid frukosten. Annars fint hotell.

Fint rom med god utsikt og god seng. Litt tullete å ha vask i soveavdeling. Strykejern fungerte ikke. Synes frokosten var god, men ingen markeringer for allergener på mat som er stilt ut. Kun et lite allergihjörne med meget begrenset tilbud. Ksn med fordel skrive på plansjer eller ha en oversikt som servitörene har. De visste nemlig heller ingenting om allergener. Men var behjelpelig med å finne ut, tross begrensede hjelpemidler. Organisering under frokost kan dere med fordel jobbe litt mer med, det var under flere tilfeller manglende fat, glass, bröd, kaffe, pålegg, grønnsaker etc etc. Og vaffelstasjonen i starten av frokostrommet setter en naturlig kö for de som kommer til frokost, kan väre en idé å plassere den lenger bak i rommet. Fint hotell ellers, sentralt, moderne og närt parkeringshus og sentrum.
