friendly helpful reception, clean hotel, bed a bit harder than i like but everything else good, great breakfast and staff. Nice pool and gym with cardio machines and basic weight equip but ok. very good location to BTS train station and river pier.for tours, river taxi and asiatique free boat. Market ,food centre, massage, 7eleven's, and robinson shopping centre close by within a few minutes walk. Have stayed here before and will stay here again, great above average budget hotel close to everything in Bangkok. highly recommend

Stayed one night in a room fairly reasonable condition so went back again in the middle of my trip for 3 nights...what a mistake...they say hotel being refurbished but they really should not be letting out the rooms not started as mine was in very poor condition and dirty, and cold shower two nights. Online listing stated free minibar along with a photo showing soft drinks and snacks....I had no mini bar at all first night anf when I askedd at second night for it to be stocked they left out the Coke, just water. I mentioned this later and unbelievably staff told me drinks only for a better class of booking (I had a so called superior room, there wasn't a better option). I said my booking listing showed coke and if they would supply some I would stay again at the end of my trip (providing I didn't get one of the dirty worn out rooms...hotel nearly empty due to virus)...I was denied coke and they said you get whatever room they want to give you...so for the sake of a 20 bhart coke they lost 7 nights stay... Also taxi is a rip off, should be 350 inc toll, they charge 500B.

I had high expectations, but i was quite disappointed. The hotel was not 4 stars at all, looks more like a 2 stars. Good location for what we wanted but needs refurbishing as quite old and you can see some mold in some areas. Breakfast quite poor and repetitive. Overall not impressed for how much money we paid.

Very run down hotel with stained bed sheets, and toilet bowls. Furniture cracked and stained and very dated. The staff were friendly and helped with luggages and booking of taxi. However the hotel badly needs renovation.
