We got there at almost 7pm and they informed us that the room was no longer available because earlier that morning the housekeeping ataff reported that the door did not lock. So they wanted to downgrade us to a double bed from a king bed. We refused and cancelled our reservation for a refund, but they coulsnt refund us the whole amount
