Great hotel with grand view and kind service
It's one of the better hotels in Jeju -- it has "villa" which is a single house and "hotel" which is the room in a 3-story building. We stayed at the hotel but it's also spacious and came with good view to the see. The service was good. The only complain is there is no car access so you need to walk up/down hill -- they do have cart service but for check-in/out.

Nice hotel to enjoy the west part of Jeju island
It was very good experience staying in this hotel. The entire staff was extremely friendly and they made me feel served all the time. I'll definitely come back to this hotel when I visit Jeju again.

It is close to Kwak Ji beach and wonderful view. However, there is no public transportation. You must drive a car or walk such as hiking. The panoramic view of the hotel is good and all rooms are indipendence villa. But the room condition is bad. Humid beds and high humidity. The worst is the outdoor swimming pool. I met a dead frog floating in the water. : ((((

호텔청결상태-
결혼25주년 기념으로 제주도로 여행간건데 정말 정말 대실망이였습니다. 쇼파에서 앉아 있었는데 뭔지 모르지만 5군데나 물려서 약을 사서 발라야 할정도로 심했고 소독을 해달랬더니 패브리즈를 가지고와서 뿌려주는 게 고작이였습니다. 패브리지를 그런때 쓰는건지 처음 알았습니다. 비치되어있는 수건에서는 머리카락이 붙어있었고 거실에는 거미가 기어다녔습니다. 수영장도 어른들이 사용하기에는 너무 조그만하고 아이들이나 놀아야할 정도로 작았습니다. 남편과 수영하러 갔다가 떡하고 놀라서 나왔습니다. 가격대비 너무 청결상태 불량입니다. 제주도에 호텔도 많은데 가격대비 비추입니다. 주위에 가신다는 분있으면 말릴겁니다.

외국 리조트에 방문한 것 같은 기분^^
너무 늦은 시간에 숙소에 체크인하여 수영장 시설을 충분히 이용해보지 못했고, 비가 많이 와서 아쉬웠지만 오전에 비 오는 리조트 내를 산책하다보니 너무 좋았습니다. 객실이 넓어서 편했고, 대형 호텔과는 또 다른 매력이 있는 숙소였어요.

애월 해안도로에 바로 접해 있는 럭셔리 호텔로서 애월해변과 한담해변을 즐기기에 적합한 장소입니다. 직원의 친절함은 다른 어느 호텔에도 뒤지지 않을 만큼 아주 만족스럽습니다. 차가 도착하자마자 반갑게 마중해 주시고, 친절하게 호텔의 이곳 저곳을 설명해 주시고, 프론트데스크 직원도 매사 모든 도움 요청에 친절하게 대해 주셨습니다. 객실에 비치된 비품도 만족스럽습니다. 풀빌라의 풀의 크기도 커서 한 가족이 즐기기에 부족함이 없었습니다.

그 좋은 호텔을 관리미숙으로 망치고 있음
정말 후기같은거 안남기는데 호텔에서 꼭 보고 개선을 해줬으면 좋겠네요. 그 좋은 위치와 그 좋은 전망/ 호텔시설을 두고 관리가 안되서 다음 방문을 꺼리게 하니까요. 조경 좋고 조용하고 너무 아늑한 애월을 느낄 수 있었으나 1. 체크인 하자마자 타월에서 머리카락이 발견되어 전체 다 교체하였고 2. 관리안하는 오래된 콘도느낌이 나서 찜찜해서 네스프레소고 주전자고 전부 이용안했습니다. 3. 조식당 창문/베란다 창문/욕실문까지 창문과 유리란 물때/먼지가 있어 창문/유리 청소는 전혀 안하나 의심되었고 그 훌륭한 뷰를 즐길 수 있는 조식당에서 창문의 캐캐묵은 먼지가 뷰를 해치네요 조식불포를 하여 체크인 시 추가를 하였고 아침에 이용을 하였음에도 추가를 한건지/이용을 한건지 체크아웃 시 전혀 관리가 안되는 상황을 보았구요 그 훌륭한 호텔과 조경이 안타깝습니다. 좋은 호텔로 남을 수 있음에도 관리가 안되서 이런 평가를 받지 않도록 관리직원에 대한 재정비가 절실해보입니다. 이부분이 개선되면 언제라도 재방문하겠으나 좋아지지 않으면 다시가고싶진 않음
