Amazing views of the city, the room was modern with top of the line amenities. There was an ample amount of activities to choose from: restaurant choices, spa/relaxing options, shopping, and remarkable rooftop pool. Every single one of the staff members I encountered, from the hotel receptionist, Heidi, to the entire restaurant staff were incredibly kind and hospitable. I highly recommend Grand Hyatt Jeju. The view from our room was completely stunning. We had three side-by-side floor-to-ceiling windows that gave us a view overlooking a large part of Jeju City. The hotel room was large, clean, and comfortable. The staff was very helpful. The hotel had a ton of dining options, and we really liked all the restaurants we visited. The rooftop pool and hot tubs were great! This hotel was a tremendous value for the money. If I visit Jeju again (which I hope to do), I would definitely stay here again.

wow, I love this hotel. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was phenomenal and the room was immaculate. Well stocked with water and coffee and the beds were incredibly comfortable super soft pillows. The bedding was really soft and comfortable. I loved all the nice touches in the room, such as putting your feet on the floor, and the little light went on in the middle of the night so you could see where you were going, and you didn’t have to turn on the light for the toilet room in the middle of the night, a little light came on just by the toilet roll to light it up just enough, but not too much. Wow I wish I could find another Hyatt like this. Definitely five star.

Our room was very spacious, clean, and had a beautiful city view. Parking is also ample and spacious, and I also saw that they have an airport shuttle which is another added bonus. Adam checked us in, he is well mannered and professional. The check-in was hassle free. The property is outstanding in the area of other small hotels and eateries. Area wise, not fancy, it has an attached Casino, so you know what this hotel’s main clientele is. The building is tall, we had a high floor room, really appreciate that, and the room is exceptional. The view from the room is meh, we enjoyed the size of it. We drove to this hotel, carparking was included, though it would be easier to remember where you parked if they labelled the zones/spaces. Can’t complain, this hotel is a big brand and offers the expects conforts. If I am to be critical, the pillows are all too soft for my liking.
