Caribbean Resort Suites

We have stayed at the Caribbean Resort a few times. This was the first time in one of the suites by the pool. The room was great and the beds were very comfortable! We love this hotel and the location cannot be beat.

Quick check-in. Excellent customer service. Friendly staff. Perfect location. Nothing negative to say about this place.

Great location

Great location, steps to the beach. Clean and updated. Only negative is if you have a room poolside it is VERY noisy and all hours of the night too (no one “manages” the property after 10).

Loved the location and the cleanliness of the rooms... They allowed smoking by the pool area where children were playing not a good idea...also they bathroom by the pool area remained locked during our entire stay...which encourages children to use the pool Also the pool area was never cleaned by staff and the pool was cloudy and I never saw it being cleaned or serviced...if these things are addressed I would love to stay there again 👍

Staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was very clean and comfortable. I didn't use the pool, but it looked clean too. I also appreciated the two free welcome house shots at the tiki bar, which was a nice little amenity. I would definitely stay here again!

Relocated from another resort and was extremely pleased with caribbean resort suites! Definitely will stay here again and recommend it to friends and family!

Very clean & staff was great!!

Really enjoyed the area. Ladies at the front were very friendly. We partied at the Tiki Bar in the rain. The pool was also heated warm enough to swim in cool weather and rain. lol! This place is SO close to being really good! However, no hot water either morning!! That's huge to me, and I assume, most guest. Had hot water in the afternoon. Not much help if you want your usual morning shower. Nobody came around to service the room for two days. We found that odd. The alcohol at the Tiki bar is not alcohol!! It is a wine based type of alcohol. In other words, if you order a vodka cranberry, you are not getting a "Vodka" cranberry. I understand that a liquor license is expensive but be honest with your guest. Its still a great bar and the nightly live entertainment is amazing. I ended up having a beer and my fiance had an actual glass of wine. It was really fun. As I said, just be honest. We had a conversation and came to the decision that we might stay again if we were in a pinch, but I can't help but wonder what the true potential is of this hotel. Just step up the service a bit, put some pretty lights around the pool, and practice honesty at the bar. People appreciate that. It would have made all the difference in this review.

Beautiful hotel right on Broadwalk! Prime location to restaurants and nightlife. Need a hot tub by the pool!
