Very uncomfortable old room
The facility is definitely very old and the bed was one of the most uncomfortable beds we have ever slept in. I am not sure if the whole town is like that because this is our first time there but their water pressure was also very very bad. The staffs are very nice and friendly. The room seriously in need of the make over.

This was our 3rd stay at this Best Western location - we've never been disappointed with the room or breakfast options. Super-easy to access the location from the highway. This was our first stay in the newly-added annex portion. It was nice that there were two sets of elevators to use and we could access the building from the rear parking section. We will definitely stay there again.

running toilet
We got the same room as we had in July and there is a sound of a running toilet constant. I had maintenace come and he told me it was something that they had installed and it couldn't be turned off. It was annoying so the stay wasn't that great. I would request that next time I got a room on the 4th floor where I don't have to listen to a running toilet all day and night.

Clean room and bathroom, friendly staff. Convenient location of the restaurant and the breakfast bar. Didn't like: -was pitch dark upon entry into the room, had to re-open the door to find the hallway light switch. Blinds were closed and no other light present -light was flickering for about 3 seconds every time I turned it on - possible wiring issues? -toilet bowl was releasing water every 5-10 minutes, continuously, possible issues with the toilet flap system?. Made very loud noise every time it was refiling with water, disturbing during sleep times -no shower cap available, as part of the mini bathroom amenities -no extra blanket in the room in case it is needed -wasn't able to locate the writing pad and a pen in the room -No clear instructions how to set up Wi-Fi, and there is no information in the room regarding continental breakfast times -Elevator works, but is very slow
