Location was so ideal, walking and close to mercados and zócalo… the staff are helpful and humored my attempts to improve on my Spanish. Would return to hotel on my next exploration of Oaxaca

8/10 Very good

Large room and large separate bathroom. Bedding was (disappointingly) 50/50 polyester and cotton. Shower head was 2 ft above our heads with limited pressure and variable temps. Breakfast was fine. Great location. AC worked great.

Breakfast was excellent, especially the Mexican options. The location of the property was central to all bars and restaurants, as well as the vibrant Zocolo central area for street food and entertainment.

Hotel Trébol was the best selection we could have made. It was our first time visiting Oaxaca and my sister and I were so pleased with the location, the cleanliness, the staff, the amenities etc. Breakfast is included and it was delicious every morning. Most importantly they really care to provide great service to the guests as one thing that stood out the most was that at any given time of the day, the staff is keeping up with the cleanliness of the hotel which made us feel feel peace and comfort. We opted for two tours; monte alban and llierve el agua; both which were amazing and scheduled through the hotel. The tour guides were amazing to us and we got to experience many neighboring places over the two tours. Walking through the zocalo was a literal walk in the park as the hotel is centrally located to many attractions and easy to find our way back to the hotel at any time of day or night. Lastly, the hotel is right across the way from the two most visited mercados, 20 de noviembre and Juárez, this was the cherry on top. From California to Oaxaca city, thank you hotel trebol.

Amazing place. Centrally located to the city center, yet a refuge from the bustle of the markets. Chose this place because it has parking and air conditioning. Even though the parking is offsite the walk was pleasant. My favorite part of this hotel was the free breakfast. The menu changes daily and everything is delicious. Very clean rooms, friendly staff, good wi-fi, water bottles in the rooms.

From the moment we entered the lobby we were warmly greeted by the staff. The property was adorned with beautiful foliage and flowers. The breakfast was comparable to ones you would have at 5 star resorts. It was walking distance from everything you would want to see. The concierge, Carmen, will steer you to all the sites and markets that Oaxaca has to offer. Mucho Gracias, Carmen! Oaxaca is beautiful and a must!
