Os atendentes todos muito educados e solícitos. O quarto com a válvula do chuveiro solta, a pia do banheiro entupida e muitas luzes no quarto. A luz do detector de fumaça fica piscando continuamente e brilha por todas as paredes do quarto deixando desconfortável quem tem sensibilidade a iluminação dormir.

Existem opções muito melhores
Toalhas precisam ser renovadas, pois antes de usá-las parecem estar encardidas. A pia do banheiro com dificuldade para escoar água. O nome "design" não condiz com o hotel. Café da manhã fraco, sem qualidade, melhor ir até a Casa Bonomi para um bom café da manhã (uns 12 minutos a pé).

Recomendo procurar outra opção.
O Hotel não é totalmente transparente nas fotos que anuncia. Há tipos de quartos que não possuem fotos no anúncio e um desses tipos foi o quarto que fiquei. O banheiro era triangular o que torna o banho extremamente desconfortável. O telefone da recepção nunca é atendido (cheguei a estar na recepção e ligar do meu celular testemunhando que os funcionários ignoram as ligações). A internet não funciona no quarto e ao reclamar disso (e do problema do banheiro) nenhuma solução me foi dada. O ar condicionado funciona, porém não é muito potente. O quarto é apertado e há problemas com manutenção e limpeza. O café da manhã é bom. A garagem existe, mas é cara (R$34,50 por pernoite) e extremamente apertada, além de não ser exatamente 24 horas como anunciado, você preciso descer do carro e acordar o funcionário para abrir o portão. Não se troca as toalhas diariamente, e não há onde deixá-las para secar a não ser numa corda (literalmente uma corda) esticada dentro do box. Sabonetes e papel higiênico acabam e não são repostos, é necessário solicitar. Há pouca roupa de cama disponível (apenas um cobertor) e os travesseiros poderiam ser melhores. Em pleno 2024 você precisa arrastar móveis caso queira carregar seu celular ao lado da cama. Não foi uma experiência boa e certamente não voltaria.
