I travel a lot for tourism, and I'm often deceived by hotel owners; there's a huge difference between what they advertise and what they offer. But at the Dream Pattaya Hotel, I found everything wonderful. The rooms are spacious, cleaning is continuous daily, the location is close to everything, transportation is readily available, and the hotel staff are extremely helpful. I highly recommend it. I didn’t like the check-in and the dealing with the people at the reception very rude not friendly always ready to assault you. I never felt so bad with the receptionist people whatever you ask you always receive a very rude answer. The only nice person at the reception it was the night Porter very friendly very negative experience this year the only trouble is that the hotel is in a very good position right in the centre you no need any transport to get to the nightlife you fancy.

The room was not a deluxe room. The bed was broken. It smell like a toilet. When it rained, it rained in my room. The fridge sounds very load. Ready to exploded. No TV remote for the old TV. The girl at the front desk was so rude. The maid was great!
