Staff very friendly. I paid extra $15 or so for breakfast and it was only toast and fruit, eggs we had to pay extra so I never had breakfast there. No milk supplied in fridges, had to walk across the rd to buy a litre of milk to last my stay (9days). No towels when I went for a swim at the pool and also kitchen was closed due to measles outbreak.

Okay hotel, not suited if you have children.
Disappointed by fact had contacted estabblishment 30days prior to arrival in regards to change of checkout. Two emails had been sent with no reply in regards to refund of extra days. Owner was unhelpful with process and coming to satisfactory outcome. Also had a wedding to attend and upon arriving back to hotel gates were locked with no one around to open up and no one answering contact #. Food variety was disappointing especially for options for children. Had been there previously when they had proper chefs and it was much nicer options.

Convenient and inexpensive hotel in Apia.
I found the location and staff very helpful and convenient. It was not the most luxurious property I've ever stayed in (could use an update) but everything was clean and worked. It had the requisite air conditioning and a comfortable bed.

My stay was good. The only problem I encountered was having to wait at the gate for the security to open it after a night out. We then had to let the taxi go and stand in the rain because the security guard was somewhere else. But other than that, the service from the receptionist was outstanding.

Disappointing way to end our stay
The website shows a beautiful, clean pool. The pool was disgusting. There was no way I was letting my daughter swim in that pool. The staff was not the most helpful. Breakfast was supposed to be included and there was supposed to be a restaurant but the staff did not say anything about it. The "restaurant" looked to be little more than a bar and I could find no one there working it. The room had mugs and the makings for tea and coffee. I was going to make some until I noticed that the mugs were dirty. The room did have A/C which worked great and it had a small TV which got local channels. I recommend staying elsewhere. There are better hotels for the same amount or even less. We stayed at Amanaki the first week and I highly recommend that hotel. It was in a better location and the same rate.
