I have stayed at this hotel a few times and love the location but I have always stayed in the refurbished side this time we were put in the old side which needs a refurbishment but that would not stop me rebooking as I love the pool and location . I suffer with very bad arthritis and find the bath difficult to get in and out of they could maybe do with a few rooms with showers and some hand rails in the shallow part of the pool

On the first day of my arrival (16/12/24) i stayed on the main building but the first day it was a bit difficult for me to sleep because of the noise from the crowd and bars. I asked if they could move me to a different room and fortunately they did. fantastic, great clean modern room , cleaned daily, best shower room ive ever been in, toiletries provided etc, good big bed, great tv, nice little balcony overlooking pool, felt very secure and safe.
