Setting is fabulous, outlook fantastic, food incredible. All restaurant venues quality of food was excellent. Majority of staff were excellent, (Atama a standout). Staff need senior management in all areas as some staff were standing around talking more than serving. (Especially at the main pool area). This is not the young kids fault but lack of investment by upper management to supply and enforce high hospitality standards

Amazing spot however the hotel did not meet our standard of a 5 star hotel. Bed was uncomfortable, air conditioning didn’t work one night, there was a tray of of cigarettes in the outdoor shower, upon arrival we had to wait 1.5 hours for our room with no access to our baggage. Not worth the money, go to the Maldives.
Room was great, staff were nice, but some were very undertrained and unprofessional, but food was awful, and drinks were very slow, I won't be going there again. If I am going to pay an absolute fortune to go to this island, I would expect amazing food and drinks to flow. I also think it's an absolute rip off to charge so much for the boat to and from Hamilton to Hayman. It should be free or at least a reasonable cost.

Room was great , for a five star resort service at dinner was below average . Had to ask multiple times for our drinks and no one serving us . Very average

It was absolutely beautiful. The ocean and the views were amazing and the pool was very nice. Breakfast was great. Dinners were expensive and selections were somewhat limited and the first night we were told all the restaurants were full on a Monday and they did not seem that busy. Room was beautiful. Long hike to blue pearl bay for snorkeling but once there, was nice. Nice gym. I would definitely nitely come back
