Room and beds were dirty, only two towels for 4 people, kitchenette had no supplies, no coffee/tea maker, key was deactivated each night we returned, lock to entrance was broken so anyone could enter, pool furniture was all slit with a knife and dirty, hotel was highly rated on hotels. com but very low on other sites(learned not to trust hotel.com ratings). Did. It feel like the safest area after dark.

There was a cockroach in the room, the drapes didn’t close and there was bright light from the pool shining into the room, I booked a room with a kitchenette and their wasn’t even an In room tea/ coffee maker. The bathroom had peeling paint, holes in the wall from removed dispenser which wasn’t even patched up. The property needs a full refresh esp for the nightly rates they are charging. I was with my children and left within 15 min of arriving

On the plus side:
refrigerator, microwave, kitchenette
On the minus side:
-no cups were in the room at all to drink from or to use when you brush your teeth.
-One small trash can for entire unit
-Only one tiny bar of soap provided so to wash hands or to shower you have to move soap to bathroom sink or to the shower.
-kitchens had 2 bowls and that was it. No soap, no cups, no paper towels
-young woman at window in the morning was very short, not friendly, no humor or personality

Check was polite and easy. Room was easily accessible and parking wasn’t hard to find. Room was clean enough. Hotel is an older building but has been maintained. They did hold the $100 deposit for several days. I had to call to get it released.
