8/10 Very good

The property is very conveniently located, very close to Las Olas Boulevard and at New River. It’s ample enough for four people. However it would be nice to improve the furniture as well as the kitchen equipment and ware. The bathrooms are outdated and could be a little more modern.

The room was large, clean and comfortable. Note that the building next door is under construction, so the area is loud.

The building is dated; however, it was especially clean, spacious and organized. The staff at RocketStay were very responsive and considerate of concerns raised during our stay. It was nice having a washer and dryer in the unit to finish laundry before returning home.

6/10 Good

Room was very clean and set up nice little bit outdated. Inside and out of the building, nothing wrong, just like staying at a Holiday Inn express when you're used to a Marriott, I would recommend but definitely nothing special.Good area, close parking distance to shopping restaurants, bars
