Boa, mas é preciso melhorar alguns pontos
Pousada simples, confortável, limpa, área externa linda, limpa e cuidada, café da manhã simples, porém fiquei muito chateada no último dia, aonde acabou a água e tive que reclamar umas 3 vezes e só assim na última vez aonde disse que não ia embora fazer o checkout antes de tomar banho que eles me disponibilizaram um quarto pra tomar banho e escovar os dentes, pois desde que acordei estava sem água nenhuma no quarto. E ainda nem pedir desculpa pediram.

Durante minha estadia o atendimento dos profissionais era super boa. O pessoal da recepção muito atenciosa e cuidadosa em tratar bem os clientes. Porém meu quarto ficava ao lado de um canil, canil esse que tinha um cheiro forte de cachorro e também ocorria deles latirem cedo, o que me acordava pois estava ao lado desse canil. O restaurante tbm tinha muito poucas opções no café da manhã e sempre acabava algo. Ou acabava o mamão, ou o pão, queijo, presunto e sempre precisamos esperar. Além do tempo de café da manhã ser bem menor que as pousadas tradicionais. Eles liberam apenas 2 horas. A piscina tbm é gelada e não tem aquecedor!

Passei apenas 1 diária. O atendente foi super educado e prestativo, nos alocou antes do horário do checkin. O café da manhã deixou a desejar: ovos estavam frios, os bolos estavam com gosto bem sem graça, pães estavam duros. Acabou que comemos as comidas mas com os olhos e no fim das contas não estavam saborosos. A acomodação não tem uma iluminação muito boa, o que torna o lugar propício para os borrachudos. A sorte foi que enchi o quarto de inseticida e dormimos tranquilamente. A televisão fica em um lugar na parede extremamente alto, logo não conseguimos assistir nada. A água do chuveiro é bem escassa. Precisam melhorar o planejamento de móveis e estrutura do quarto.

Já fiquei na pousada do alemão outras vezes, adoro o jardim e a piscina. O café da manhã é simples mas gostoso. Os quartos também são simples, não espere luxo. Com certeza voltarei sempre.

Ótima pousada!
Fiquei pela segunda vez, desta vez quarto 16 embaixo, gostei muito mais do que o de cima, agradeço os funcionários André e Leandro do restaurante, pessoas ótimas, só uma reclamação o café da manhã nunca é pontual, e sempre atrasa a colocação dos alimentos. Voltarei!!

Péssimo Hotel!
Hotel péssimo, a cama era horrível bem como os travesseiros, tanto eu quanto minha namorada não conseguimos dormir direito e ainda acordamos com dores nas costas e pescoço. O quarto não estava completamente limpo, e o chuveiro era simplesmente horrível, ao que parece colocaram aquele chuveiro apenas para dizer que tem pois praticamente não caia água. Nosso quarto era localizado exatamente acima do estacionamento (?) e ao lado de um canil onde ficava um cachorro bem simpático, ao que parecia os que gerem a pousada moravam ali e deixavam o cachorro também. Para piorar o hotel fica próximo a um mercado 24h (o que de início parecia bom) e durante a noite ficavam com música alta e gritaria. Não recomendaria a ninguém a não ser que seja maluco e queira passar por uma experiência horrível em um lugar maravilhoso como Ilhabela :)

Pousada suja, com baratas e outros insetos
Nunca fiquei em uma pousada tão suja quanto essa, o quarto duplo anexo (terreo com varanda privativa) parecia que nunca havido sido limpo. Passei um pouco de papel higieco no chão para tirar os insetos mortos após ter utilizado SBP e era muita muita sujeira MESMO. Tinha UMA INFINIDADE DE INSETOS de todos os tipos voando pelo quartos, andando pelas paredes, muita aranha e muito pernilongo, DUAS baratas grandes pareceram (mortas) na portas do quarto (uma na porta da frente e outra na porta da varanda) e somente não entraram pois colocamos panos de chão no vão das portas. É um absurdo uma pousada dizer que está cercada de mato para justificar tanto inseto, nem em sítios literalmente no meio do mato tem tanto inseto assim dentro da casa, tive que jogar SBP em todos os cantos para que fosse possível dormir. Café da manhã decepcionante, produtos de baixa qualidade e nenhuma variedade. Piscina é boa, bate sol, ambiente agradavel. O restaurante é bom com preço justo, porção de camarao excelente porém a lasanha é congelada de mercado. A localizao não é tão perto da praia quanto informam, na ida é descida e depois tem que subir o que é cansativo. Colchão e roupas de cama eram de qualidade, pedimos um edredom a mais e estava bem cheiroso porém a roupa de banho estava bem desgastada. No geral não recomendo para ninguém pela quantidade de sujeira dos quartos e quantidade de insetos (principalmente baratas)
