The shower did not drain, the front door barely closed, trash throughout the hallway, carpet near the elevator smelled like dog piss, barking dogs at night

They charged me $75 for parking overnight and I am hotel guest, I don’t get it that should be free.

4/10 Fair

I supposed to have a king bed and was given a queen bed. The bedroom was so small and not like the picture. My guest and I could not even walk past each other in the room. The room was so small that there was only one nightstand in the room and I had to put my stuff on the floor. I was clearly given an old room in the hotel. I could hear guests throughout the night in the hall on both nights, including dogs barking. I was there for a race and did not sleep well the night before the race. I paid almost $300 a night and had no place to open my bag except on the floor or bed. I have paid less for a motel 6 and had more room than the room I was put in. The bathroom door had had glass in the door so when the bathroom was being used it literally up the bedroom and woke me up.
