Em geral a hospedagem e o hotel são muito bons. Só tive alguns porblemas de comunicação com a recepção e outras pequenas coisinhas. Exemplo, a limpeza do quarto que não foi feita nos 2 dos 3 dias que fiquei e mesmo deixando recado na recepção pra limparem, houve uma falha na comunicação entre recepção e governança. Também quando cheguei no quarto já havia uma nota de consumo de alimento antes da minha estadia, mesmo eu avisando na recepção desde o primeiro dia que a despesa não era minha e a governança tendo sido informada na minha frente, na hora do check out o item ainda constava em minha conta e foi demorado pra resolver atrasando assim minha saída O hotel fica muito perto do parque o que pode ser um problema. Como eu fiquei nos quartos premium eles ficam do lado em frente ao parque, o som fica dentro do quarto literalmente. Até tentei trocar de quarto, mas eu sofreria um downgrade segundo o recepcionista. O jeito foi ficar na rua até madrugada.

A experiência foi terrível. A logística do estacionamento é ruim. Tem filas enormes na recepção sempre. Pedi na reserva sem querer duas camas de solteiro em vez de uma de casal (erro meu), eles demoraram duas diárias para trocar, alegando que a equipe estava reduzida em pleno São João. Recepcionistas mal preparados, pouco treinados para atendimento ao público e para agilidade com o sistema. Chuveiro parace bom nas fotos, mas é fraco. Por fim, a internet me impediu de trabalhar à distância nos 5 dias lá. Isso me prejudicou muito. Trata-se de um hotel com fins corporativos, de preço razoável pra região, não entendo porque não funcionava.
