We had planned to visit Stanley on a couple trip, but there was a snow storm so we decided to stay in Hailey instead. The room was nice and convenient. The service was so nice and we loved the cookies in the evening. The hot tub and pool were fun and breakfast was delicious. We had a great stay!

I first have to say that I have stayed at this hotel before, about 7 months ago and had a five star experience. This time there was a very strong smell in our room of B.O…. I asked to be moved to another room and was moved to one close to my previous room. Upon entering the second room I noticed the same bad Oder but just decided to deal with it. All of that said their customer service is amazing and all staff are very helpful and friendly. Not sure about the smell but everything else is great.

This hotel is great. The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was large and everything in it worked great. I don’t usually watch tv but have a Roku tv at home, so I caught up on a few movies. I usually don’t eat the food that hotel breakfast offer, but they had such good foods that I did eat there each morning. The hot tub was nice. Parking was easy. Restaurants were within walking distance. Ski parking was close. Thanks so much for the perfect stay!

We are impressed that they have chosen to go with options good for us as well as the environment from using glass cups, plates & bowls, stainless utensils, solar to heat the water, refillable soaps, conditioner and lotions plus water refill like the airports have.
