Room was comfortable but that’s the only positive. Arrived for self check-in within the stipulated time, and the room was not cleaned since the last guests. Customer service is difficult to reach and might be a bot (?). Said to leave immediately because the room was double booked. When I said no, they said that actually they’re just confused with another reservation and they will send a cleaner. Had to wait awhile. Overall very stressful and terrible lack of service - I can’t properly explain how confusing the service chat is when I finally did get through. It felt like a bot and a human were both trying to answer and giving different answers. Overall, I’m sure it’s fine if there are no issues that require service and you just need a place to sleep. However for the cost, you would be better off going to a real hotel instead of this.
