"Tuvimos una experiencia muy positiva en general, el personal muy amable, comida y bebidas en el todo incluido bastante bien, las piscinas exteriores estaban abiertas si alguien es baliente para bañarse en invierno, algo que me pareció muy bien. Muy recomendable el lugar, muchas gracias por todo. Lo unico negativo fue la señora rubia en la piscina interior que no es para nada amable y sabiendo que estabamos alistandonos para salir nos apago las luces, no entiendo para que hace eso... Pero a todos los demas mil gracias por su atencion y amabilidad, 5 estrellas bien merecidas. "

"The hotel is in a top location from which to explore Side. All the scenic sights, beach promenades, archaeological finds, restaurants, shops,ATMs etc are easily accessible by foot. The top floor terrace is a great place to have the breakfast, I enjoyed my tomato omelettes. . The staff are very lovely, the manager Ibrahim a very knowledgeable, speaks six languages, a well travelled person himself, was a big help in solving a problem that I had to overcome. "

"Great staff and service, great food, very friendly staff always cheerful and very helpful. I cant fault the staff and the vibes. Very good energy. Maybe the only negative and it is not really negative to be honest, we felt like yes there are more germans which is not a problem but it would be nice for the staffs to be more confident with speaking english too. However its not a big deal. Families should not hesistate to book with your children. My family all enjoyed. Money well spent. 5 star."

"I am a frequent traveler, and let me tell you, the best thing I liked about this hotel was the buffet. The food selection was excellent, the freshness was terrific, and the taste was consistent. The hotel had many activities, and the rooms were very spacious. The beach was one of my favorite things—a beautiful sandy beach that was very clean. They also had water sports on site."
