The staff were very helpful and very nice. The room was cleanish, floors should really be mopped more often my feet were black walking around. But other then the cleaning, and it being in shady area, we felt secure with our trailer being there. Owner even offered to lock it up. All In all we enjoyed our stay and its not to far from Beal. We would stay there again.

Kings inn is very home vibe. They are clean, very professional and customer service is outstanding . The exquisite lady at the office and the young man at the desk are very well spoken and will take care of you . I honestly love this place. If you are coming through Memphis and looking for an affordable stay. Definitely come by kings inn. You will not regret it. The rooms are extremely comfortable and the lighting in the room is excellent. Housekeepers are doing their jobs Kings inn is the spot

I booked the room, and it was a GREAT price! I arrived, thought it looked sketchy, but was surprised by helpful the staff were. It is an older hotel, so not alot of frills, but I found my stay to be comfortable and safe. Highly recommend.

They tried to make you pay over $90 plus a deposit in a motel you can smoke in (be for real )for this $50 a night trap house because of the city power outages Terrible!!! But when you book on line it’s $50+ ..How dare you.. People always wanna get over in times of need ..

Trash around the building. Rooms doesn’t have fridge or microwave and the laundry room only has one washer/dryer. The dryer didn’t dry my clothes fully so I told the front desk. He eventually gave me a refund with a side-eye.

The room was not clean. There were cigarette ashes on the bathroom sink and a dirty washcloth hanging in the shower. The ceiling over the bed was peeling off. The wiring was sticking out of the walls with caps on the ends. The backup lock on the door was half missing. There was even a burn mark on the ceiling in the bathroom. I found out on the last night there that the door only locked from the inside so our belongings had been left in an unlocked room the whole time we were gone. Thankfully nothing was stolen.
