Front desk staff was really slow but got the job done. The room itself is okay at best, very dark and kinda dusty. Water leaked from the bathroom sink, so the floor was always wet and we had to put a towel on the floor. During one of our nights there was no hot water, but on the other two nights it was fine. The biggest problem, as commented by other guests, was that the soundproofing was non-existent. You can hear what was going on in other rooms (due to heating pipes I assume). Luckily for us, the noise stopped around 9pm, but it was uncomfortable hearing everything said in the other room, knowing that it was probably true the other way around as well. The upside? It's close to the center. It's easy to walk to other places. But that's about it.

Hotel solo para dormir
El hotel es muy viejo, cumple con la función para ir a dormir y bañarte, agua caliente buen punto. Las habitaciones tienen un olor como a edificio antiguo. En lo particular me dieron una habitación sin ventanas para poder abrirlas y que se fuera el olor. En la publicación decía que la habitación contaba con caja de seguridad y agua de cortesía pero no encontré ninguna de las 2.

Colchones viejos y muy muy duros.
Las camas son terribles... Los colchones muy viejos y duros, es como dormir en el suelo. La ropa de cama es casi transparente de lo viejo que es. Me toco una habitación con una gran vista a la ciudad pero mi baño olía a orines. El hotel es muy cómodo por la distancia al centro de la ciudad pero ya es muy viejo el mobiliario. Por favor actualicen sus colchones y almohadas. Limpien buen los baños y con eso sería suficiente. La atención es buena. Pero uno despierta con dolor de cuerpo de lo duro de la cama y el colchón.
