The hotel is fantastic, however the late check-in procedure without a manned desk is not great. Also the only option for in house meals is the cafe and it closes early.

The apartment's floors in the main area and bathroom were disgustingly dirty - grimy and faintly greasy. The carpet in the bedroom was stained. Bed was comfy, the area pretty central to Bowen Hills - but won't be staying there again. A very disappointing stay relative to what I was expecting.

Good location and good sized apartment. Floors were slimy which wasn’t ideal with a crawling baby. Dishwasher didn’t work and a light bulb in the bedroom lamp was out. Aside from that, it was fine for what we needed

Location was great. Always check how many guests are staying, we booked for three, room could sleep three, however was only set up for two. Two towels and no sheets on the pull out sofa bed. The desk is only manned for certain hours.
