Renovated room. Everything good except for the aircon which was noisy and ran on and off throughout the night. Near Aeon mall which is fantastic.

Staff is very kind and friendly. Hotel itself has seen better days and looks like it was built in late 80s and decorated with that era of colors and linens. Beds are really bad. Metal springs cut into our backs all night.

Good hotel for stay in Okayama
Greeted by friendly staff. Great inexpensive bakery across from hotel for sitdown breakfast. Good location with a wide variety of restaurants nearby. Room spacious compared to the std Japanese double room. Recommend this hotel.

Staff
There was no wifi info in the room. Called the front desk a couple of times no one answered.
Had to go down to the stairs to get the passes. Their staff are not so helpful.

Tiny room
I was there to visit my niece who is studying at the university there. It was conveniently located in regard to where she was but WOW it was a tiny room and the bed was rock hard. This was a one night stop so it wasn't too bad. There was enough room in the bathroom to stand and turn but that was about it. It reminded me of an RV bathroom.
