Excellent Contingency Plan And Extra FriendlyStaff
Each time I visit Shanghai, I booked this hotel. The rating may not be the best in Shanghai but in terms of location (near tourist belt), I love it. However, I must commend the management and its staff for not affecting my stay even though there was a power cut due to, according to the staff, owner bosses quarrel and I had to move out to another hotel. There were about 30 policemen protecting the hotel at the lobby and as many people who came to create trouble standing outside the hotel. The staff found and booked for one hotel nearby (of the same price) and even leading me and help to carry my stuff to that hotel. Excellent attitude and service! I would still go back to this hotel at my next visit.

Prima locatie , hotel niet top
Halverwege mijn verblijf,na 4 nachten kwam ik in het hotl terug en was alles donker. Totale shutdown, reden nog steeds onbekend. Moest mijn koffer pakken om het hotel te verlaten met het licht van mn Iphone die bijna leeg was . Niemand sprak engels, dus had geen idee waa rik heen moest om 22 uur savonds. Uiteindelijk in een hotel gekomen waar werkeijk alles ranzig was, en na klagen kreeg ik een betere kamer. Al met al geen fijn verblijf gehad.

外灘に近い、豫園も歩いていける。観光メインの方には向いています。外灘までは歩いてすぐなので、夜の夜景と朝の外灘も両方体験できます。

外灘に近い！
ロビー、外観はしっかり改修されていてとてもキレイです。12月に1泊しましたが、クリスマスの装飾がされていて良かったです。外灘も至近で、歩いてすぐ。豫園も、朝、散歩がてら歩いて行ってきました。テレビ塔や世界第2位のビルである上海タワーのある浦東地区にもホテルのすぐそばのバス停から1本でアクセスできます。地下鉄2号線の南京東路駅も歩いて10分ほどなので、便利です。部屋はキレイにされていますが、若干古い建物ではあります。今回2部屋使用しましたが、片方は窓があるものの、隣のビルと隣接していて、明かりが入らず薄暗い部屋でした。外灘に豫園、浦東と上海のメインスポットを観光の中心に考えている方、ホテルでは、安全に眠ることができればいいという方にはぜひオススメのホテルです。値段もこの地区は高めですが、このホテルはリーズナブルです。

近外灘3號，性價比算是不錯，喜歡夜景的人可以考慮。
平安夜入住免費升了一級別的檔次，離地鐵站有10分鐘左右的步行距離，不過喜歡每晚可以看一次美麗的上海灘。

南京東路駅と豫園から便利、部屋も綺麗で快適です！
12月に2泊と1泊しました。 1番近い駅は10号線の豫園4番口。 部屋は綺麗で快適です。前に来た時シャワーの水が外に流れてしまったのですが今回は透明のドアがぴったり閉まりそんな事はありませんでした。 前は2階で階段を使って部屋に行きましたが、今回は3階なのでエレベーターを利用でき楽でした。 部屋には無料のペットボトルサービスがあります。それとは別に大型の水のペットが置いてあり1.2元なので2泊するときは便利です。 トイレットペーパーが少なくて、予備もおいていなく夜遅く頼んだら係が帰ってしまっていて持ってきてもらえませんでした。部屋に入って不備があったらすぐにフロントに連絡して持ってきてもらうと良いと思います。 駅からのアクセスも便利だし、部屋もきれいだしまた上海に来た時は泊まろうと思います。

Nice hotel not too far from the metro station.
Overall it was a great experience. The hotel is a little hidden, but you'll see a sign directing you through a walkway to the hotel. Great for the price.

値段を考えると良いホテル
ホテルの方の対応は多分人によると思いますが、良くも悪くも無い印象。 部屋は自分の泊まった部屋は広くて清潔でした。シャワーの出はまずまず。温度調整が少し大変。排水もそれ程悪くない感じ。 防音はあまり期待しない方が良いと思います。 冷蔵庫はありましたが、MAXにしてもあまり冷えません。

Excellent location in Center of Shanghai
I stayed in this hotel for 8 days on a business trip. Excellent location easy to get a taxi, or walk to subway stations, and also walking distance to many main tourist spots in Center of Shanghai. Two short blocks from the Bund - early morning jog along the Bund is enjoyable. Just outside the hotel are 3 convenient stores, one fruit store, and one fast-food store for dumpling and noodles. All provide excellent tasty food, drinks, and fruits. This makes up for the lack of any food, drinks, or coffee within the hotel. This hotel at one time may be quite elegance but the facilities probably has not been updated for many years, showing the age. Hotel is pretty clean overall, but the shower area did show signs of moldy area and corner of the shower area leaks small amount of water out onto the floor. Refrigerator did not work. Table light did not work. This hotel has no view of any street at all because all the building surrounding it and it takes a narrow driveway to drive up to the hotel front door.

地下鉄2号線の南京東路から徒歩15分、コンビニも2件、駅からの道中には飲食店も多く便利でした。ただし他の書き込みにも有るよう、MAPの位置が合っていないので、ホテルの住所を改めてGoogleMAPで検索しプリントアウトして地図を準備しておけば問題なくたどり着けます。シャワーの出も良かったし、水も2本サービスで毎日提供してもらえました。バスタオル、歯ブラシ、お茶とTEAのも1回分づつありました。

値段の割には非常に満足
立地 1泊の1人旅で使用。南京東路駅から荷物持ちで徒歩10分ほど。路地中の目立たない立地だが周辺の道が格子状になっているため、付近の道路の名前を覚えれば迷うことはないです。ただエクスペディアの地図は位置が少し異なりますので改善希望です。 外灘まで5分ほどで着くため観光には非常に便利。ただ付近に夜遅くまで飲む店はあまりない。洒落たジャズバーが1件あったが入場料で50元とられる様です。近くにコンビニ数件、おいしい上海料理店、マッサージ店あり。 設備 1人でしたがツインルームで広く使えました。他のレビューで書かれているほど不清潔ではなく不満はなかったです。シャワーの水圧も問題なし。wi-fiはたまに途切れるけれど普通に使えた。建物入口にガードマンが常に立っており、セキュリティも安心できた。窓からの景色は期待できません。 値段の事を考えたら充分だと思います。また使いたいです。

Bra läge men smutsigt hotell.
Detta hotell har framförallt två fördelar, det är billigt och det ligger nära Nanjing East Road. Resten är... baksidor man får ta när man väljer detta hotell. Dåligt städat, mögel på rummen, ett enormt springande i korridorerna hela nätterna av diverse "hög-harklande" personer. Kan man ha överseende med detta så är det ju OK och du då kan lägga dina pengar som du sparar på boendet på andra saker.
