Had a very surprising but pleasant stay at this hotel. It has been a long time since I stayed at a Holiday Inn and this stay has encouraged me to use them more often in different cities. The hotel, rooms and common arease are all well looked after. The staff were always polite and greet you in all locations, even the housekeeping staff. The room was a good size, and the bed/linen very comfortable and of excellent quality. Breakfast is superb with great choices, they will even make you omolette or poached eggs free of charge !

Lovely comfy bed and nice room. A very good selection for breakfast including Vegan sausages. Unfortunately the walls are plasterboard but I didn't hear noise from other people. I'll definitely stay again when in Manchester.

This is a wonderful hotel in a fantastic location. I was here for work and the location made accessing the bus and tram network a breeze. The room was clean and well maintained. The air conditioning in the room was also excellent. The restaurant had a simple menu but it was delicious. It was a nice surprise to be able to order breakfast directly to the room. My order was perfectly made and came exactly on time.

8/10 Very good

A decent stay overall, largely thanks to the warm and friendly staff who made a great impression. However, the rooms are in need of some TLC and stricter housekeeping checks. The chair in our room was very tired and worn, there was a chip on the outside of the room door which didn't give a good first impression, we were given ripped towels, and the shower tray was quite mouldy. With a bit of maintenance and attention to detail, this could be a much better spot.
