Room 1 was full of dust. Patting the quilt made the dust floating and causing a cough. Room 2 in addition to dust had hair in the shower and in bed. Obviously there is the problem with cleanliness. I don’t recommend the place. Checking in the lady was very pleasant but checking out very incompetent. Breakfast was nice and a lot of choices but it took a lot of time for the staff to clean the tables.

Broken air conditioning
The hotel was having some decoration work doing to it whilst on our visit. The work was contained, but we were welcomed by a lady who was using the hoover and didn’t stop and made us feel in the way! Breakfast: good New TV delivered one day in our room & woke us up as it was programmed with an alarm at midnight! Annoying ! We spoke to room service and the front desk 4 times over 2 days as our air conditioning stopped working. They kept saying they had fixed it & they hadn’t, also annoying. They should have followed up with us and checked. Otherwise a convenient location & clean hotel.

Jeg synes værelset var fint nok. Og det samme med beliggenheden. Men servicen var mangelfuld. De ville ikke hjælpe. Vidste intet og prøvede hele tiden at pådutte særlige services. Uden at fortælle at de var noget man skulle betale for. Generelt var de sure at se på og arrogante. Men alt det andet fungerede fint.

Der Weg vom Bahnhof zum Hotel ist sehr kurz. Man sollte kein Taxi nehmen. Ansonsten ist das Hotel -abgesehen vom fehlenden Safe und dem Kühlschrank- vergleichbar mit einem 4*Sternehotel.

Bott på hotellet vid många tillfällen och det har alltid varit toppen! Hade ingen aning när vi bokade att det var ägarbyte i januari. Snorkig, okunnig och helt ointresserad av service personal i receptionen, utan erfarenhet, baren stängdes redan kl 22.00 och sur personal som serverade. Ingen trevlig personal vid frukosten som plockade undan, kändes som de var på ett arbetsläger. Det värsta var att man bytte ut alla sängar till superhårda madrasser, är man normalviktig så var det som sova på en träplanka. Dessa 6 nätter var en pina för kroppen. Bad receptionspersonalen om hjälp, inget hände. Den FANTASTISKA städpersonalen har ordnat med extra täcken som man kunde lägga mellan, vilket hjälpte lite. Fick köpa egna kuddar då hotellets nya var av något konstigt skumgummimaterial. Ingen ansvarig chef på plats. Efter hemkomsten tog kontakt med deras "manager" som svarade att han beklagar och att vi får rabatt på nästa boende, inte intressant. Varför skulle man vilja förstöra en semester till? Det som var extra dåligt var att man krävde betalning för båda rummen och hela veckans vistelse redan vid incheckningen utan att informera oss om det vid bokningen. Det var en väsentlig förändring då man alltid betalade vid utcheckningen. Man har nu "låst in" kunderna som hade troligtvis bytt hotell efter första natten pga sängar och urdålig service.
