Extremely clean condo. The whole house had comfortable sitting areas and beds. The surrounding area is great for delivery and sit in food, multiple options. Close to theme parks as well.

The property has potential, but the club house was closed and many services were never available. We couldn’t figure out how to check in because the security guard was sleeping. There were cockroaches in the unit. I recommend checking out the other CLC property in the area we had great experiences there in the past.

Townhome needs updating as it was a bit run-down, and was dirtier than I would’ve expected. We saw roaches on the kitchen countertop as we were having dinner the first night. upstairs bath had hair all over toilet. Carpet on stairs and upstairs bedrooms had stains all over, and probably should’ve been replaced with laminate floors long ago. Master bath had some type of plumbing issue which made a loud flushing noise all throughout the night. We needed a large space for our family which this did provide, but due to the lack of cleanliness I will definitely not be staying here again.

The apartment was much smaller than pictured. There was zero communication as to what was open and what was not. This is the 4th hotel rental since the pandemic started and the first time I was not warned about what was available and what was not. The front desk had a "I just work here" kind of personality. When asked questions, their answers sounded like they were guessing because they weren't sure themselves. They shouldn't make you pay a resort fee if nothing is available for use in the resort.

Check-in wasn’t bad but the bed in the master bedroom was broken and had a dent at the head of the bed. We purchased groceries and couldn’t keep it out due to the roaches that were crawling around at night. Wouldn’t stay here again because of that.

Our stay was ok but, not the best. When I originally booked the hotel on cyber Monday I called before booking my reservation to ask if they had a shuttle service to Disney and was told yes. When I arrived that was not the case and ended up spending $40 a day for Uber to get every where. When we first arrived at the resort we were met by a very grumpy security guard who yelled at our Uber driver to go park and have me come in to get some paper work signed. Which let to the Uber diver thinking he was just dropping us which wasn’t the case. I come out after signing the paperwork to find my 3 kids and husband and all our luggage on the curb out of the car where to security guard told them to go. This was at 8pm New Years Day everyone was tired and I asked if someone could take us to our town home and was told by the rude, nasty security guard we had to walk to the back of the resort which was about .25 of a mile. We walk into the house and it wasn’t to bad but, the walls were dirty, the beds were hard as a rock.and the home was a little outdated. I tried to call the front desk several times , and no answer. I finally called the reservations department and was yelled at by the manager telling me this is a hands off resort meaning they only give you one starter pack of laundry detergent, toilet paper, dish washing detergent, and only clean before and after you leave. I though by staying 9 days getting one more pack wouldn’t be an issue but, it was. Would I stay there again? No

When we arrived, we didn't know this was a gated community. There was no one at the security booth for a while, and once he arrived to help and give us the code for the gate and our unit, he was quite rude and seemed annoyed and suspicious toward us. The accomodations were ok. The hot tub was a nice amenity. When I grabbed dishes out of the cabinet for breakfast, the top several plates were dirty and had hair on them. The mattresses and couch were very worn out and had huge pits in them where the springs were shot. All in all, it was a decent place, much better than a hotel in that neighborhood, but I don't think we would return. Some maintenance updates as well as some pictures on the walls to cozy things up might be a nice touch.

After traveling across the country we had to check in with a security guard who was very nice but not helpful in answering questions. Got checked in and found out we had no hot water. After hours on a Saturday, no one available to fix it. Then 3am the smoke detector starts beeping. Next day someone gets the hot water going while we are enjoying Disney. Now evening of day 3, NO HOT WATER again!! Again after hours and can't get anyone to look at it. It gets fixed the next day and stays on for the rest of the trip. During this whole time I called a dozen times asking to speak to a manager to fix the situation and be compensated for services not met. I'm still waiting a month later.
