This hotel is reasonably priced and conveniently located near lots of amenities in South London. The bed was comfortable, and the room was reasonably clean. Some of the hotel features look tired and could use updating, including the room shower and sink. Overall, good value for money and I would stay again!

The hotel appears rundown, with no AC in hallways and shaky elevators, but the apartment itself was recently renovated and is clean. Noise is an issue, as it comes through the windows and walls. You can hear the AC machines running next door. The cold water valve in the kitchen was turned off, but maintenance resolved the issue. Hot water takes a few minutes to reach the upper floors.

Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel had good amenities with lota of stuff very close distance. The 24/7 Tea and coffee was great and the snacks from the market were well priced. Hotel pool is currently under renovations and needs some attention as it was not well ventilated and was not very clean. Overall the stay was pretty good.

The staff was great and helpful but the rooms need more attention. The shower curtain had an unpleasant odor and some of the bathroom accessories were broken. There was a coffee machine with no disposable cups or coffee mate next to the coffee machine. Can’t say the overall experience was bad but I’d hope these tiny details are handled for future guests and visits.

We stayed in a loft suite and it was great. The top steps were a little tricky because of the way they turn to go down so if you have any balance issues it could be uncomfortable. Also no washroom upstairs so going down after dark requires lighting. Otherwise the room was clean, quiet and the bed was nice. Check in was super easy and the staff were very nice.

All went well, from check-in to check-out. Staff made it a point to greet me with every in and out I made. Room was very clean and spacious, and the bed was extremely comfortable. A large tv, complete with local cable options made it a dream stay. My 1 night stay in London didn’t provide me with any opportunity to use the pool, nor the on-site restaurant. There were several restaurant options in the general area, as well. The price point fell within my budget, and I would definitely, and have already recommended this property to family and friends. I hope to stay here again on my next trip to London.
