Ar condicionado não funcionou, telefone quarto não funciona. A Ducha faz um barulho horrível e não esquenta. O funcionário disse que precisava deixar uns 10 minutos de água caindo, ou seja, preocupação ambiental com desperdício de água não existe. Café da manhã falta tudo. Para entrar estacionamento alguém tem que descer pra avisar na portaria para abrirem. Inacreditável

O atendimento dos funcionários é bom, mas todo o resto não compensa. A cama é horrível, estava completamente afundada de um dos lados. A cama de casal, inclusive, é a junção de duas camas de solteiro. O quarto é muito antigo, com rachaduras no teto, o espelho do banheiro todo manchado. No primeiro dia tinha água quente, no segundo, não. Café da manhã com pouquíssimas opções. Quanto à localização, fica bem em frente ao mercado municipal e tem uma parada do ônibus de turismo bem na frente do hotel também, mas à noite as ruas ficam tomadas por moradores de rua, causando uma sensação de insegurança. Resumindo: não voltaria, nem recomendo.

Muito velho o local chuveiro não esquenta não foi possível nem tomar banho pois estava muito frio. Quando comprei constava estacionamento grátis porém tive que pagar a parte e ainda estacionar o carro umas duas quadras longe do hotel e pagar 35 reais a parte. Não vale a pena o valor pois pouca acoisa a mais pegava um hotel melhor.
