Great stay at reasonable price
Location is great. Plenty of good food around an close to the Shibuya train station. Cleanliness can be better as there is a dangling style lamp that was covered by dust that could have been wiped clean as the lamp is at chest level only. Other than that the room is clean

Comfortable and modern
The hotel was in a relatively good location, near Hachiko exit and the Moai statue at Shibuya JR station. The room was clean, modern and well appointed. The bed was larger than the usual single and very comfortable.

Great hideaway minutes from Shibuya Crossing
We had an absolutely incredible stay at Granbell Hotel. We were celebrating our 10 year anniversary and the lovely reception staff let us know we had been upgraded to the suite. We were absolutely blown away! The funky hotel would have been a great experience as it was but to be in a suite was amazing. Only issue we had was not directly connected to the hotel but they offer breakfast in two separate restaurants. the one we chose on out first morning was a buffet style on the bottom floor - I would advise not to use this one but rather the one on the 2nd floor.

Great location and great quality.
Pros: Great location, very close to train station and main shopping and eating districts. Perfect spot for getting around Tokyo. Cons: Room quality varies, one room was excellent, the other had bad patch work and non-functioning air-conditioner. Breakfast has limited options.
