8/10 Very good

Great location. Shibuya crosswalk is just a few minutes away by foot, so is the Shibuya train station. Nice panoramic windows giving nice light into the rooms but you don't see very far as this is in the middle of the city with other buildings nearby. Friendly staff. The smoking area just outside the entrance is worth mentioning, especially since you had to pass this narrow passage to get inside.

10/10 Exceptional

Great place to stay, very close to Shibuya Sakura with family mart and 7/11 close by. 7 mins walking distance to Shibuya station too. Room size is what it is but clean and towel service everyday. Also if you need to ship you suitcase to another hotel or airport they can take care of that also! Staff is very accommodating and can speak English is need be. I would stay here again if needed!

Great location, right by Shibuya station and Shibuya Crossing. However, the pictures are definitely misleading. The room was a bit outdated and do not look anything like the advertised rooms.

6/10 Good

Decent location you are on the other side of the train station from shopping and it’s very confusing in that area to get around. Hotel lobby was nice but small. Rooms def need updated wall paper peeling off on some areas, baseboards and carpet need replaced. I stayed at another Grandbell location and it was in much better shape than this was so little disappointed it was not to the same standard. Bed was comfy and air conditioning worked good.
