Good location...The room itself was very basic/outdated. Not conducive to spending a lot of time inside, but that's probably not what you're looking to do. Check-in/check-out seemed incredibly easy provided you're mobile phone capable. While I didn't want to spend time in the room, the outdoor area and amenities were all good.

I was contacted prior to my arrival regarding check in process. Upon check in everything was ready, and was directed to points of interest, site was very close to beach and was comfortable and clean.

That was a great place to stay I will definitely stay again. The free bikes made the visit fantastic. If I return to Fort Lauderdale I would certainly stay here again.

The reasons to stay here are that it’s a great location and it’s affordable. There’s a nice patio with seating in an inner courtyard around the rooms, but if you’re a non-smoker, it isn’t a great place to sit. I stayed there a day before my cruise and a day after my cruise. My first room was cleaner and didn’t smell of cigarette smoke, but the second room was more run down and did smell of smoke. I’m not sure if it was coming from the patio, or if someone had smoked in it. The rooms are accessed by a 4 digit code that you get at check-in. My code was the same for both rooms, which made me wonder if all are the same. I liked the walk-in shower, but would suggest some non-slip strips because the shower floor was slippery. The location really is great with the beach, shops, and restaurants just a few minutes walk.

Location good. Place in general disrepair. Had to call to have multiple things fixed. Staff very responsive but this place is not as described on website. I suspect ratings of 10 are not legit. Had to wear boat shoes in shower to avoid falling. Plumbing bad.

Economy style motel. Great location, 1 minute from the Broadwalk and beach. Lots of good stuff close. Room was clean and in OK condition. Could hear the folk in the neighboring rooms loud and clear. Priced well for the neighborhood.

Great location just a few steps from the beach. Complimentary beach chairs & umbrellas were a nice touch. Josie was super helpful & let us check in early after our cruise ship arrived way before regular check in time. Sometimes the office was closed & locked with no one there so that might have been an issue in some situations but it wasn't a problem in our case. And the walls were pretty thin but our neighbors were quiet enough. Overall a really great spot & helpful staff.
