Everything was great, except thwt we had to change rooms because the window wouldn't close all the way and there was a gap on the wall that let noises and heat come in the room. It all made the room noisy. Second room worked out great. Staff was fantastic and super helpful!

Excelente hotel, com ótimas estrutura e localização (uma quadra da Paulista). Quarto confortável, com ótimo tamanho. Café da manhã é honesto, um pouco reduzido, mas com boa qualidade, além do buffet você pode pedir tapiocas, crepiocas, pão na chapa etc que fazem na hora. E o melhor de tudo, funcionários muito educados, prestativos e solícitos. Virou meu hotel favorito em SP. Excelente custo x benefício.

Frequento unidades da rede há quase quatro anos e só infirmei meus dados na primeira estadia. Mas dessa vez tive informar de novo. Talvez pela grande mudança no staff. Percebi que eram funcionários novos. O acesso à rede wi-fi está bem mais simples de realizar.
