Location is excellent, only five minutes to the coach station and near the city centre. Breakfast is good. If hair conditioner would be provided, it would be much more appreciated.

A lovely hotel that was spotlessly clean, beds were very comfortable, bathroom was nice. Staff were very helpful and with a nice breakfast included, I couldn't really fault the hotel. Price of the room was reasonable as breakfast was included. The lift was super fast and I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Thank You so much The Holiday Inn Express. 10 out of 10.

Good overall experience and expected at this price range. Our room, Standard, 1 queen bed and SofaBed, did not have much extra space when the sofabed was in use (for our child). Things were quite tight with 2 big suitcases (more would have been problematic) and the queen bed was only 120cm wide with only one duvet. We asked for extra duvet and that helped some, but wider bed for us adults would have been nicer. Those are good to check before reserving. The breakfast was quite basic english breakfast and not much variety. Sufficient for us, but for longer stays variety would have been required. The staff was nice and the hotel was quite clean.

It was located well. The hotel was very very clean. My only problem was hard pillows and uncomfortable bed and a tv that had settings in Spanish so you couldn’t put subtitles on it

Our stay at Holiday Inn Express was truly memorable, thanks to the team’s thoughtful welcome and exceptional hospitality. From arrival, the friendly staff made us feel valued, even asking whether we preferred a higher or lower floor. The hotel and rooms were spotless, comfortable and beautifully presented. As we were celebrating my mum’s birthday, the team surprised her with a complimentary drink voucher—a generous, unexpected gesture that made the occasion even more special. Staff took a genuine interest in our plans, remembered our conversations and made us feel like more than just another booking. The night manager deserves particular praise. When we returned from our evening out, he went above and beyond to help locate a lost person, contacting another hotel and arranging a taxi to ensure they reached safety. His kindness and patience were extraordinary. The next morning, the manager remembered our plans and asked about our brunch, perfectly capturing the personal care shown throughout our stay. We left feeling warmly welcomed, thoroughly looked after and eager to return.

We enjoyed our stay. It was 32 degrees outside but our room was very comfortable due to the excellent air-conditioning. The location is very central and there we plenty of restaurants nearby. The breakfast was fine. Overall the hotel was excellent value for money.

Great location, comfortable room with a lovely shower. Good breakfast, the room was a little tired and didn’t have a great smell.
