O hotel estava com a demanda alta de hospedes e por conta disso o atendimento, principalmente no café da manhã, caiu drasticamente.

Viagem a Aracaju com hospedagem no praia hotel
As camareiras muito mal preparadas, não Organiza os quartos da forma correta. Tenho câncer e durante o meu checkout solicitei a recepção que houvesse a tolerância de sair às 13hs devido a ter que usar o banheiro porém foi ríspida e deselegante ao negar o pedido. Os quartos são apertados, o sinal da tv fica oscilando varias vezes. A localização é boa, porém falta mercados e farmácias próximo ao hotel.

O hotel está super bem localizado por estar de frente a orla marítima porém em sua totalidade deixa a desejar em critérios básicos como limpeza dos quartos ( não é bem feita) , toalhas, tapetes e lençóis ( muito velhos,encardidos e s m condições cabíveis de uso) , banheiros c seus utensílios de uso em estado de ferrugem como chuveiros, torneiras, azulejos com marizias ) . O hotel não oferece mantas ou cobertores e o ar condicionado gela muito a noite e de madrugada. Nós tivemos que sair ao comércio para comprar manta ! O atendimento na recepção é bom . O café da manhã é bem variado , foi bom . A academia é uma pequena saleta c três aparelhos!!! A piscina é pequena e não cabem mais de duas famílias no local. A água dos chuveiros, torneiras e piscina são salobra , ou seja , parece ser água de poço tratada . Para custo benefício dá pro gasto mas se pesquisar c mais paciência, encontrará um local melhor para hospedar -se . Fica a dica !!!!
