Very much enjoyed our stay at the apartment hosted by italianflat in Verona. Such a good location to explore the city and a lovely spacious apartment that also felt homely and traditional. Loved our little balcony too. Would highly recommend 👌

I like that the place is so near/walkable to tourist destinations. Place is clean and spacious. The only down side I have is when there is a poor communication with the property tax and the guy charge me with the whole stay. Good thing they refunded everything that they charge. The person communicated with me via WhatsApp and give me the refund to my card . So just a reminder to clarify with them about the property tax. Over all it’s a nice place to stay. Will recommend!

Conveniently located in the historic centre. Quiet. Only a short stay, so didn't use all the facilities available, but those we did worked very well. Smooth check in/check out. Clean room. Air con, WiFi, bathroom all very good.

Communication is key. Despite inqiring several days before we only received instructions and address of office when arriving at the train station by calling the number directly. From travellers perspective that is stressful. A day before our stay we were informed the lift was broken in our building and they switched us buildings after our first night. That made a huge difference as the original unit was up 3 very long flights of stairs. The original on via mazzini was a bit older and certain things that come with older buildings such as lower water pressure. And while we were there other cosmetic things like broken lamps and lampshades that just indicated it was more worn. Nothing to complain about just noticeable. The second unit was much newer closer to arena and was a wonderful apartment. Great value for money, excellent location, and good amnenities. Only real improvement would be more prompt communication, for travellers making plans it is important to get info in timely manner. For instance they allowed a later checkout but we only were notified approval after original checkout time. Definitely would stay there again but would just be more direct and clear on best times and communication channels to use.
