The room was clean, but yeah, the staff was absent. The balcony was good. The parking was on street. We were surprised that there was no carpet on the floor in the room. However, it was nice to have a fully equipped kitchen with a full-size refrigerator. The location was convenient to Vanderbilt where we had to go, it was also nice to pick up groceries about a block away at Kroger and to cook our own meals because the restaurants were quite a ways away.

This is a great property. This is the first property that I have ever stayed in that did not have a front desk staff on site. Nevertheless, it was an excellent experience. The remote staff was very responsive by text, and the property was very nice and clean. The property is not too far from downtown, and I really enjoyed the fact that a grocery store was in very close proximity.

Room is functional and bed is comfortable. Appreciate the little touches like white noise machine and lots of power strips. Common spaces are somewhat dingy and while the property is very close to historic Germantown, you have to walk a few not so nice blocks to get there. Would have liked it more if I were staying with a group rather than solo.
