Always clean, close to the hospital. We’ve stayed here several times and never had a bad trip!

8/10 Very good

Room was fine, hotel staff pleasant and mostly helpful. Springhill advertised a shuttle to/from OSU hospitals, but driver did not know the way to the main entrance to Doane Hall (450 W 10th). I had to direct him. We called to be picked up at 12:30 and waited outside Doane from 12:45 to 13:45 but no shuttle. When we got back to Springhill at 2PM (having walked) back and asked what had happened to our ride we were told the driver went but we were not waiting. Nonsense! The driver got lost again?

Very close to where we needed to be. Easy in and out as well as parking. Comfortable room. Could use some modernization, but overall nice.

Room was clean. Was missing an ironing board but told front desk and one was delivered with in 30 minutes. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was hot and good. Room location was quiet. Good location of hotel. The WiFi work but was a little slow and froze up on me a few times that was the only think that needs to improve.

The staff was helpful and informative, the only problem was the carpet in the room felt grimy and turned mine and my friend's feet black from the dirt. Other than that it was a great stay! We will definitely be back!

8/10 Very good

The staff was very helpful with any questions or concerns. Our stay was nice and relaxing even though there was a softball tournament going just like last year at the same time but everything worked out. We will be staying there again in the future unless something changes.

Room was very nice, clean. Bathroom was separated, tub and sink in a room, next to it was toilet and sink in other room. That was very convenient, so two people can use bathroom at same time.

The front desk staff were on point! Very friendly and helpful. Attentive to our needs. Very clean atmosphere and the bed was actually comfortable and the shower had actual water pressure.
