Older style hotel. Great for the money, decent location close to bagala road. Basic amenities, really lovely and friendly staff. Bed was a little firm for my taste but otherwise did the job. Lots of room for us to put up baby portacot to which was great! Good pool and helpful staff.

Hangover Part 2.5

This was the 2nd part of our Thailand adventure when we transferred from Bangkok to Patong. Great pool view room on the 2nd level overlooking the pool. Well worth the extra $20.00 per night for a standard room. Stayed in room 2211 that I would recommend with balcony. Daily breakfast was fair to average with the food not hot in the bay-marees. Omlettes, made to order, were the highlight of the breakfast daily. The independent tour desk is a must. We booked two tours with Madam and both exceeded our expectations. All staff engaged were brilliant and the service could not be faulted. Would stay here again on my next trip to Patong / Phuket region. Walking distance to the main action in Bangla street and Patong beach.

Love this place! Can’t even think of anything bad to say - the staff were all lovely, the room was big and clean with a good sized balcony, location is great (very close to the beach, shops, bars, restaurants etc. but not too close that we could hear any noises at night) and the pool/pool area/pool bar is perfect! We’ll be staying here again next time we go to Phuket :)
