Guests will receive an email within 72 hours before arrival with check-in instructions and lockbox information; access will be through a private entrance

Prior to arrival, you must complete online registration via a secure link

You will be asked to provide the property with a copy of your government-issued photo ID after booking

A virtual front desk provides assistance to guests

Information provided by the property may be translated using automated translation tools

Credit card, debit card, or cash deposit required for incidental charges

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash

Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys

Turn down thermostat to 55 degrees. Do not turn off heaters, may result in frozen pipes. Cabins with a hot tub must have jets shut off, cover on and locked. Wash, dry, and put away all dishes.

Remove all trash and take to the appropriate trash site location. See confirmation for address. Trash removal is the City/County Law and not our rule.

Text us at 909-403-3217 upon departure and leave the name of the cabin. Report any damages or information we should be aware of about the property.
